General Information
Solvent-based cement paint of high quality for exterior use. It is applied on new or previously painted but properly primed surfaces of visible concrete, cement mortar, marble mortar, asbestos mortar. It is extremely resistant to atmospheric and industrial pollutants, to adverse weather conditions, as well as to yellowing. It performs perfectly in humidity, rain and snow conditions. It is suitable for painting smooth concrete floors, courtyards, stairs, pavements, warehouses, etc. It is strongly recommended for mountainous and coastal areas.
How to Use
To ensure good adhesion, the surface must be dry, clean, and free of dust, residues, blistered paint, etc. In case of old rust, scrub the surface and remove the residues. Wet scrub is recommended for the preparation of the surfaces to prevent dust generation and exposure to it.
- On new cementitious surfaces: Apply one coat of KRAFT DUR. After 24 hours apply the topcoat.
- On painted/solid surfaces: Apply two coats of KRAFT BETONYL.
Allow new surfaces of plaster or concrete to dry completely for at least 30 days before the paint application.
- Before start painting, thin the paint up to 5% v/v with KRAFT BRUSH SOLVENT.
- Apply 1-2 coats of KRAFT BETONYL for an ideal result.
- Close the canister well to preserve it in good condition for future use. Store before or after opening in a cool place, avoiding sunlight or frost conditions.
- Clean the tools immediately after use with KRAFT BRUSH SOLVENT, warm water and soap.
