SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are dispatched from our distribution center in Aspropyrgos.

Shipments within Greece for orders over 50 euros are free of charge with ACS and DHL.

You also have the option to pick up your order free of charge from a partner store in your area, but only if you send a message to @email before placing your order.

Orders outside of Greece are shipped with DHL (see the relevant table). Please note that due to new post-Brexit regulations, orders under 150 euros cannot be shipped to the UK.

Deliveries outside the EU are usually subject to customs clearance and import duties in the country of shipment and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

The estimated delivery time is indicative and counts from the day of dispatch. Saturdays, Sundays, and official Greek holidays are excluded from working days.

When your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking number and a link to track the status of your shipment on the courier's website. Orders are delivered from 9:00 to 17:00. Please ensure that someone is available to receive and sign for your delivery. If no one is there for delivery, the courier will leave a message with a contact number for you to arrange a re-delivery. Undelivered shipments are returned to us after one week. In this case, the re-shipment is subject to a shipping cost.

 

RETURN POLICY

If you wish to return all or some of the products from your order, you can do so within 10 calendar days from the day you receive it! The return can be made in 2 ways:

1.    Call 210 5519300 to be informed about the nearest partner store where you can return the product (Note: You cannot return items to all our partner stores).

2.    Call 210 5519300 and state that you wish a courier to pick up the product for return from your location. The return of the products must be made within 10 days from the delivery date, and the return costs are borne by the company. Please send the product along with the return form included in your order. Make sure to enclose a copy of the receipt or purchase invoice. (For refunds, enclose the original receipt).

In the event of a return of a proven defective product, the return costs are borne by us. Products to be returned are sent at your own risk, and you must pack them carefully in their original packaging without causing damage to either the product or the packaging (for example avoid sticker pasting or writing). In the event of damage, either to the product or the packaging, caused by misuse by the customer, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and the amount of money and/or points to be refunded to the customer will be reduced or zeroed.
