Causes
  • A second coat was applied before the first one fully dried.
  • A very thick layer was applied.
  • The application was done in high temperature or high humidity.
  • An unsuitable solvent was used (for solvent-based paints). 
Solution
  • Remove any loose residue.
  • Sand and clean the surface.
  • Apply one coat of VELATOURA and two coats of WOOD PLUS.
